What is included

BTO brochure references discovered in the public Housing Map index, covering the launch months shown in the catalogue. The source PDFs are checked for accessibility and page count. Plan headings and flat types are indexed from PDF text, with OCR used where needed. A plan page is a reference to a page, rather than a unique unit layout.

What is not complete

This is not an exhaustive register of every BTO launch, layout, block, stack or home. Missing brochures, scanned pages, combined brochures and layout variations can leave gaps. An indexed source is not a certification of its dimensions, suitability or latest revision. Cancelled proposals and separate phases may occur in the historical catalogue.

Drawings and reuse

The website stores project metadata and source-page references. It does not serve copies of HDB brochure drawings. A preview can be added by the studio when it has permission to display the image. Source publishers retain rights to their documents.

Older HDB flats

HDB Property Information on data.gov.sg is an open block-level dataset; it contains addresses, completion years and flat-type counts, rather than floor-plan drawings. Unit-specific residential plans are available through HDB’s separate purchase service. Older resale drawings are not part of this BTO-first release.
